One in a Zillion Penguin Discovered

As a mom of a houseful of penguin fanatics, I love this:

All Black Penguin Discovered

A "one in a zillion" king penguin is spotted near Antarctica with a bizarre mutation, biologists say that the animal has lost control of its pigmentation, an occurrence that is extremely rare.

Eagle Cam

There is a webcam at Duke Farms at Rutgers University of an bald eagle’ nest. There are 2 eggs and a chick who hatched this morning. We've been watching off and on today. Very cool!

The Battle at Kruger

This is the most amazing bit of animal behavior I've ever seen. This took place at Kruger National Park in South Africa. (You might want to preview it before showing it to your little ones, but it's really not as gruesome as it at first seems.)
